I made a withdrawal at playgrand after beating the wagering requirements after 4 days they have cancelled the withdrawal and the money is gone. I won £3562  on £2 stake and played different games on £4 - £5 stake to eventually wager 35 times deposit. I read the terms before the bonus as I am very cautious about the small print as I have been stung before. They said I am breach of clause 13 which is betting over £5 stake during bonus funds. I only staked Over £5 once out of wagering and money was in the cash section where I actually lost money so I don’t undeestand why the do not want to payout it was my first deposit at playgrand after using your link in the casino section, would appreciate if you could help as I have tried live chat and emails but they won’t tell me where I broke clause 13, thanks in advance
