9.7. Withdrawal transactions shall incur a fee of 2% at point of processing, with a minimum fee of £1.00 or equivalent in the player's own currency. We may charge less in certain scenarios and the amount to be charged shall be displayed prior to the player making the request. By requesting the withdrawal transaction the player accepts the displayed fees.

I can handle 80p but 2% is way too much .

Even have the 2% but up to £5max or something like that .

it’s now 2% on Kassu so I assume it will be the same on all the sister sites.

The answer to your question, is in your question.

Your attitude is terrible pal, you’re supposed to be a mod on here yet you constantly side with casinos even though you should be neutral until you know the facts .

if what this guy was saying was true then he hadn’t broken any terms , you see jumbo/Craig etc bet whatever stakes they want before they hit bonus funds and once they hit bonus funds they are bound to the bonus terms.

The Guy was full of shit in the end and had been bladdering roulette on whatever silly stakes, but if he was telling the truth your reply was not constructive at all just a cheeky post that I wouldn’t expect from a mod who is supposed to give advise to the players who have signed up through the links and supported this site.

You can delete this now like you did my other posts advising other players on their casino problems.

Im not doubting your not experienced, I just dont get what going onto live chat would acheive? Theres clearly a reason hes only been able to withdraw the £100 as stated in the terms, and I appreciate you are only trying to help him and I hope he gets the extra money too but they have stated the decision is final and its now upto him what he wants to do if he wants to escalate his complaint, but going on live chat wont acheive anything. I agree the situation is shit and id be disappointed if it was me in the situation, but terms are there for a reason and it clearly states max withdrawal is £100 which he has received. Like above have said, id move on before it causes more stress and pain in the long run, and just learn from the situation for future reference.
Again, I may be sounding negative here, and I do hope he receives the extra money, Im just being realistic.

Your logic is crazy .

I just deposited £200

ahh shit max win £100 oh well just have to take the loss I guess.

if you don’t touch the bonus money it’s like it’s not even there, afaik real money wagers don’t even contribute to the wagering of bonus funds so the £1.70 would have been intact with 0% wagering completed .

Would love to say it’s just an honest mistake they have made but some of the shady shit they try to pull is unbelievable .

If you never touched the bonus balance you are entitled to whatever the balance is - the bonus amount (£1.70 I think you mentioned)

Cash is used first before any bonus funds so anything in your cash balance is withdrawable .

Sounds like they have made an error here or are trying to bump you or you have used the bonus money and didn’t want to mention it .

I don’t understand why people are saying you had a bonus active etc so you’re only entitled to £100 , do people even read terms or play slots on this site?

not yet will update when they do

Thank you, they will not reply to any of my emails, I have contacted live support who's only response was we have restricted your account, can you please confirm that you will not pursue this issue any longer, which i find very concerning, this is looking extremely bad in my eyes, i certainly will not stop pursuing this issue, I am owed £600, and I can't believe this is happening, I have never experienced anything like this.

Hate to be negative but you're owed nothing its stated in the terms no winnings can be acured in connection with any free bonus. Using real funds or not you still had a bonus attached to your account so the balance has gone towards wagering and as terms state you received the max amount of £100. You should of cancelled that bonus, especially if it was only £1.70 as you state. My opinion anyway I could be wrong but I feel like your wasting your time.

So if I deposit a grand and have £3 in free spins money then proceed to play slots all night and end up with a 5k balance which I want to withdraw I’m only entitled to £100?
