Hey guys, as you all probably know We are not required to provide a source of wealth information in Ireland. I have recently received this request from a gaming operator. I clicked the link and it just wants to know where I work etc.
Once I provide them with this information are they going to ask for supporting documents? Sorry I have never dealt with one of these before and have about 1k in the account. I don't really want to have to send them payslips etc, once I fill out the little form is that it?
Hello Rowan,

Please note that, as per regulations, Withdrawals will be temporarily suspended until you have successfully completed this check. You have 30 days to complete this check after which your account will be restricted.

After Videoslots delaying a 3k withdrawal from me in the same way they have with Craig a few months back, and doing it to Jimbo I am going to close my MrVegas and VS accounts. I think since they've been open I've deposited around 60k over the years and am about 13k down between the two.
I am going to send them an email highlighting Craigs issue, that I have seen it on Youtube and that I can no longer trust them, I advise everyone else does the same to avoid being ripped off and hopefully push them in to paying Craig.
What is your Username Craig as I will mention it in my cancellation email.
Fuck playing with a company that is relocating and actively stealing peoples money.

wheelz/wildz/caxino casino's are no better.
i blocked my account from real money play in order to try and ensure i got my withdrawal
at the end of that time they told me it'd be 5 working days and i would have it and days later i still didn't have it, literally gave up on them because they always delayed the previous ones aswell
it is really seeming better to use the likes of stake or roo as theyre instantish
only problem is buying crypto has extra costs but now its still seeming more werth it to spend extra to know you are going to get your money and with less hassle.
Going to have to respectfully disagree with everything you've said there. I have deposited about 38k between the Rootz brand casinos this year alone and I am about even, so have received the same amount in withdrawals. Not once have I ever had to wait longer than 5 hours for the money to hit my account, even with larger sums or verifying a new card.
Using Crypto casinos is the worst option.
Sounds to me like you reversed your withdrawal and spunked the money.

You're on to something there Rowanvella. I think if you request anything over £3,500 (I think that's the sum), all casino's are supposed to manually review and also conduct a SOW. This isn't their fault but no excuse to piss you about.
I keep my withdrawals to £2k max at Unibet. If I win over I split the withdrawals. Never had an issue with £2k so no need to tempt fate.
No source of wealth in my neck of the woods (republic of Ireland) so really no reason for them to have this system in place, other than to try and royally fist me.
They're a complete shower of wankers. The whole time this was going on their official statement whenever they replied was: "I can see already that your case was escalated to your payments department. When they have processed your request, we will email you at our earliest convenience. Apologies for the wait, hopefully we would have some news for you soon!"
When pushed about how long I can expect to be waiting they always said the same thing, that it depends how busy they are and how many requests they have waiting.
When you are dealing with thousands of Euros, this level of unprofessionalism is simply not good enough, particularly when it's an organisation in which you spend a significant sum with every year.

Funny that, i was just watching Hideous and he was streaming the release of the new millionaire game.
Think he hit huge within an hour as sat on a 15k balance.
He sure does well as the poster child of BTG these days.
I fully agree though, BTG is becoming what Netent did, old news and left behind.
We shall see
I have played millions of spins on BTG games. I think hideous is a genuine guy but I simply refuse to believe that a normal player is going to have two huge hits on their games in the manner that he has, especially on those stakes.
The odds of him hitting that 1500x twice is so extremely low that it happening on the game's "launch video" just seems unbelievable to me.
I smell a rat.
Had the same experience with them on a similar sum a few months back. Got my money eventually but they took literal weeks and weeks to do anything and would not reply to my messages. They are very quick with a withdrawal on any amount under 2k, it is in my account in 2 minutes.
Once you have a big win they ALWAYS find some reason to delay it and it's such a long-drawn-out process.
I think what happens is their payments are automated, but once you hit some kind of limit in their system, then it automatically gets transferred to a team to handle manually. This team will do everything in their power to stop you from taking out the money.
Interestingly my withdrawal was "locked", they removed the lock while this was going on and returned the money to my account.
The biggest draw to them for me has always been the lightning-fast cashouts but the chance that they may hold on to your money for an indefinite amount of time and their lower RTP has stopped me from playing there.
Pokerstars offer me the same withdrawal times, I have no fear about getting my cash and the RTP is higher across the board.
I am confident that you will get your money, they will just make it as hard as possible, don't let the F*&%$rs win and keep pushing them.
**cough** **cough**
You made a commitment Craig, Please don't neglect your duties.
Hey guys, this has always worked for me with any casino I've deposited a lot with or have been a long time customer of. It works particularly well if you hold a VIP status with the casino.
I know this may not work for everyone but it works for me without fail every time, I was verified in 45 seconds following this message.
I'm not saying this is a solution to anything but I definitely think it's the first stance you should take when approaching a casino about speeding up the verification process, whenever I've got annoyed or focused on the withdrawal it takes ages but they always respond to this near instantly.
It's also worth noting that I only had a relatively small withdrawal of 500 pending, this may not be as effective with a 5k withdrawal.

I want to build up the hearts to one away on various stakes up to €4 but I would be doing this over a period of over a month and then try and trigger them all in one night.
Obviously, losing my progress would be wounding, how long do the hearts last?

Deposits are disappearing in lightening fashion. I know we all get these spots but darn, they be cold. Can't bonus anything, money gone in 3 games.
I often think that there's something off with the slots when I'm losing but I think it's just down to luck.
I'm up slightly over 10k this year and have been having insane runs that haven't seemed to have stopped, my yearly gambling budget is about 5k so they definitely have not been cold for me.
2020 brutalised me though, the combination of lockdown and not being able to do anything mixed with the slots being cold was a dirty mix.
Hopefully your run changes soon, I often find that if I'm running cold taking a break for a month or so helps.
Was just sitting at my desk after working from home and decided to have a couple of beers and a quick punt with €300, already had the webcam there from work so decided to film it. Unfortunately, I could not make any noise as someone in the house works nights.
This is my second biggest win (not x win) and I was at this point just mulling over whether to redeposit.
Hit a fiver on a pro raise from €2 shortly after but it wasn't as lucky unfortunately haha
