Mikeyt8989 - 16/11/2019 at 22:48 I made an account in my name deposit £50 got £50 on minijackpots but accidently used a different card which was in my sons name and not mine beat the wagering have £1450 in the account but I assume the casino won't let me withdraw as I have to have All my I'd in my name that I do have but on the card I used the name weren't in mine.
Got admit that If I were the casino I would not pay out. I don't see how you can accidentally use a bank card in someone elses name? I am not an expert but surely you have to type the name in when you deposit. Even if that's not the case surely you would have notice that the name on the card was not yours.
Pretty sure the casino won't stump up, they have been put in a no win situation.... You won so want your money, if you lost your son could say that you had used his card without permission and claim it was fraud and he wants his money back/
Well done and in particular my plaudits for your courage in posting on you tube.
I know there are many people who gamble safety and enjoy a small punt. I am not one of those and when I gambled the red mist would take over, that red mist and a debit card are a dangerous duo. It's almost like being a schizophrenic, your mind is telling you that what you are doing is stupid, but the other half is saying, pump more money in and win big (and of course most of the time you don't). It's like a constant itch, even leaving work you would take a different route home as you knew it took you past a bookies, which you swore you would drive straight past to show you had it beat, but would find yourself stopping.
Fortunately the world has moved on and it is far easier to take control of your own destiny than it used to be. Jimbo ad Craig provide links to GAMBAN and GAMSTOP., you can exclude yourself from bookies in a whole town with one phone call, and the banks now provide the option of block gambling on your debit card, so the limit of your loss is whatever you can draw out in cash if you are that desperate. I do however find that merely having that block on my card helps, as I think "If I lose my cash withdrawal I have no way of winning it back"
Have I had fun gambling, at times yes, but the lows have far outweighed the highs in he past. Without it you are not walking to work as you can't afford to fill your car and you are not eating the remnants of what is left in the freezer.
It's good t see the streamers like the owners of this site highlighting the dangers and providing the resource to stop. And I would reiterate their message, if you can't afford it don't gamble it.
That should do - got to sort out some more bits for that holiday I have finally booked (sorry William Hill - the holiday company are getting my money this month and in the futture :-) )
Matt
Craig and Jimbo can help you if you are having a problem with a casino on their list, but they can't circumnavigate or speed up due process in the main.
This is normal casino practice, many of them use this to delay pay out in the hope you will go back in and gamble away your winnings.
Just send in the documents, stay strong, and dont touch your winnngs, you will get them eventually.
DamoRR - 14/11/2019 at 03:56 Congrats Craig! Half way through part 3 and thought i would congratulate ya! You screamed like a 12 year old at a Beiber concert lol You need a new challenge now! Needs to be something that can pay massive tho.. 15 pinks on Reactoons??
Everyone knows Craig screams louder than that when he goes to a Bieber Concert - Justin is still wondering where those XXXL underpants that hit him full in the face came from at his last UK concert.
Luckily Craig had taken his name tag out of the back of them
bramble69 - 24/10/2019 at 13:36 Not slot related but remember putting £1.25 oh a virtual horse (hurdlewood valley) in ladbrokes was due £40 odd quid back as it was 40/1 and that was my very last £1 that week handed the slip in and she pulled out the £20 notes 1 2 3 4 5 6 i thought shes taking the piss out me here .... anyway money went down on the counter £400ish pound looked up still expecting her to say just testing you before i knew it i was out the front door lit up my 2nd last fag and didn't go in for about 3 months :) Got the stellas in bottle of rum another pack of fags and everything was tickety boo haha
Probably get flamed for this but that's a pretty douchebag move to my mind. That woman was just doing a day job trying to feed her family and may have lost her job over that.
Still as long as you slept well that night.
What is the general view on the responsibility of affiliate streamers to their customers?
What brought this to mind was the recently highlighted decision of Video Slots to reduce the RTP on their games to 92%, compare to 95 and 98% at other casino's, as they are expanding into more markets (their words) - watched a video from Degsy on this very subject
Should affiliates still be pushing Video Slots as a viable option and if so should they be highlighting in figures 12 feet high that you are more likely to get shafted on that casino than any other?
Why do they ban these videos, I don't understand it. It can't be affiliate liinks as they are everywhere across you tube
The only people who can raise copyright on music are the ones owning it and I can't imagine music companies scouring you tube for 20 second clips of their songs on gambling videos.
I really don't understand what causes these bans
I'm afraid this is another area where the UKGC are again noticeably absent. They bring in all sorts of regulations, which are subsequently used by the casino's to hold off paying out or even stop paying out, such as source of wealth etc etc, but something which would really help the players such as locking withdrawals they totally ignore. maybe due to petitions from the casinos that fund them?
To my mind there should be
All validation checks required to be carried out before deposits accepted and to be valid for all withdrawals
No gambling with credit cards
Withdrawals locked automatically as soon as you request them.
Next day payout - The casino's can take your deposit in 10 seconds but require 3 days to pay out? I can transfer money to a complete stranger in 2 minutes!
If necessary they could even carry out source of wealth prior to deposits, and cap your monthly deposit at a % of your substantiated income - this would at least stop Joe Public getting home on pay day., having a couple of beers and then spunking his rent money, food money and everything he has chasing a bonus on bonanza which will probably never come in or pay 5x. Yes he could theoretically go from casino to casino,.but at least the effort and time verify which give him time to pause for thought.
I doubt any of this will be made effective - I suspect the UKGC employ a substantial number of people who like official journeys to Malta on information gathering trip in the summer :-)
There is no such thing as a pro raise to be honest. Based onnthe premise that every spinnis independent of each other, if you up the stake and it comes in its actually a lucky raise
That idea is right up there with tier has come in 4 times so an orphan must be due :-) Many a martingale strategy has died an expensive death using that principle
As I have said before on this forum I have taken great efforts to ban myself from local bookies, up to 20 miles around, but this is a short term fix as we all know, you only have to visit another town, you walk past one and think i'll just pop in for a quck game, and come up 2 horus later hundreds of pounds down
Couldn't find my bank card so I logged on to freeze it, and they have put a new freeze in place "block gambling transactions" - not only can you freeze them, but you cannot turn them back on without ringing the bank and then waiting 72 hours. I can't even imagine being in a position where I would want to ring up a bank and tell them that I am desperate to gamble :-)
I strongly suspect this will be rolled out across all banks and it has to be a godsend for many. I can now take a trip into a strange town without worrying that I am going to end up spunking my money into Ladbrokes.
Watched Bandit's attempt at Lil Devil on his Sunday slots video. Perhaps the most boring video to hit he planet as he really sounded like he was bored as hell and was just going through the motions to get a slot video out, which I guess is what happens when you go from playing £40 stakes to 50p stakes. He said that you tube took his video down, but that was probably to his benefit as the down votes were in danger of outnumbering the up votes at one point., maybe he took it down himself?
But he worked his way up to the top, and like Craig's video he chose Little Angel which yet again was dogshit. That has to be the worst grinding slot in terms on final pay out in the history of slots.
To be honest I despise all BTG megaways games. They take what can be good games, turn them into megaways and they become as dull as dishwater. I know you can get some huge wins on them but to my mind they are the worst thing ever to happen to slots.

To be honest that game was destroyed when they built that "tell" into the bonus. Who the hell wants to know if they have won or lost before the symbols even begin to land. There is no anticipation any more. 10x lands, no tell and you are just sat there bored out of your brain waiting for the reels to drop.
The developer who actually thought that slot players would like that was either a complete mental retard or was smoking some serious shit that day
