i just checked my account and it says which it didnt earlier 1 deposit of 100 3 pending withdrawels  so when i withdrew my first withdrawal i forfeited my bonus as i dont rate them really 35 or 50 x deposit  not much hope there but i do accept them as there is a chance i would mention i joined them through gamblers den im not happy with there response saying i wasnt online when i was

My bet history according to them says i was playing up till 9.47 pm, however my chrome hx sthows i was onl the game until 11.19 , and thats when i won, my balaance didnt update, so i moved games to refresh still nothing, so i made contact with cs.

only joined  recently, 

i joined Pelaa on  28/5/2020 everything was fine, until around 11 pm last night when id won £111 on 'Thats Life' 

 my balance remained as it was and i hadnt been credited for my winnings i called but the number was dead, so i then emailed,  they now have sent me an email stating i wasnt online or playing at that particular time, and have sent me a breakdown, 

ive been onto my history and this shows in was online,

i have been onto my history on Pelaa and its showing no deposits????

help please
