Hey Racmic,
Sorry you feel the wagering is unfair, but lil devil is not allowed on bonus money for a 'fair' reason. The game is classified as state game abuseable. In essence, someone could use bonus money to build up the heart stopper until 1 off the heart stopper feature and then deposit cash - trigger the feature and release the funds into their cash balance with no wagering.
The same applies to a lot of BTG games with the coin feature which takes off money from the bonus buy. I know they are not allowed in the UK now but the feature is still available in other countries - players can use bonus funds to get it down to a cheap level, then buy it with cash money and release the winnings into their cash balance with no wagering. So whilst it may seem unfair, unfortunately as some players take advantage of these tricks we don't allow bonus money on them.
I'd say our bonuses are among the fairest in the industry with only 35x wagering of the bonus amount and we are quite bonus generous to boot. Giving these bonuses certainly does not give us any type of advantage. Players always use their cash balance first which is fully withdrawable at any time, if they are unfortunate enough to lose the cash balance and dip into bonus funds it's a 'second chance' with fair wagering. They are advantageous to the player and ultimately do cost us by giving players the second chance if they'd like to take the bonus.
I hope that at least makes some sense as to why certain games are on our restricted list. Doesn't mean you have to like it of course, but that is the reason.
Best,
Jack
Hi Nick,
Jimbo and Craig brought this to my attention this morning, which effectively means it is fast tracked. I've reviewed the initial live chat, and I don't think the customer support agent was clear enough in his communication. As a result, we have decided to reverse the decision and I have requested the money to be added back to your account in due course.
Apologies for the confusion on this matter.
As a side note to yourself and all forum members/players, and I'm sure it goes without saying - but please do remain vigilant with bonus terms and bonus money.
Regards,
Jack.
