Anybody else having issues with slot planet? Been playing for the last few hours and then suddenly it just went to the login screen,tried login back in but no joy refreshed the page and now the site won't load

Hey jimbo i had a cashout peding on slot planet of 1500 and had beaten the wager requirements of my deposit everything but after three days of the deposit the casino have confiscated my withdrawl and decided to give me just my 20 euro deposit back claiming i was betting over 5 euro and that i was breaching their terms and when trying to ask in live chat i wasnt given an answer once i stated i never bet over 5 euro please help because this is pure robbery

They are claiming that a bonus buy is considered the problem yet nothing was said in terms that bonus buys apply to this

I will pass this on and see whats going on mate

Thanks alot mate it states nowhere that bonus buys count towards this and the fact it made it to a withdrawal state then completely confiscated seems so fishy because it was off my first ever deposit

Okay thanks alot mate, it states nowhere that a bonus buy isnt allowed or voids the money especially after it allowed me to clear wagering and two days later take it all back

We have had the decision over turned and the withdrawal will be honoured mate.

I have to play devil's advocate though and remind you that any bet over the max bet is deemed against the terms. This is the same for table games as well. If you bet a £6 blackjack hand you've gone £1 over the max bet and you're not at the casinos mercy. Without us here you would have lost that cashout 100%.

Be careful in the future mate, bonus buys do count under the max bet regardless of wether it's worded that way or not
