I get my bad for not reading terms as 99.9% of players don't.. what annoyed me most though is you can play on 20p roulette and it allows you to proceed over £5.. the pop up screen that appears in bonus before a game didn't state £5 per spin it just says £5 .. thats why I got confused/annoyed.. in future ill play without a bonus 

Hi guys so I deposit £20 and get 100% match with race casino.. lost my 20 and used £10 of bonus funds on 20p roulette.. i didn't put more than £5 on a number as I assumed thats what it ment by £5 max. I didn't realise it was £5 max stake/spin. It doesn't state its £5 max per spin not individual number.. I got the bonus money to £351.04 after full wager so I withdrew £320. I received an email saying withdraw processed but £20 has been sent to my bank and a charge of £300 has been applied because I apparently broke the terms.. as I said to live chat it doesn't state anywhere £5 is max per spin not number.. also why do lnl Europe allow you to play bonus funds on 20p roulette  if they are going to pull a c**to trick and refuse to pay out

I'm still waiting to be verified.. sent originals on monday then had to resend bank statement which i did on wednesday morning.. recieve email 2 mins after i sent saying ill be verified in 48 hrs.. 48hrs is now and still no word.. strange how casilando let you deposit instantly and play without being verified but soon as you try taking a withdrawal they take the piss.. genesis wouldnt let me even look at a game let alone deposit until i was fully verified..

Hi has anyone else signed up to casilando in the last week? I signed up Sunday around 6pm, deposit £20 managed to hit nicely on magic mirror to get a £320 balance. I sent all documents around 11pm Sunday and still not heard anything from them.. On my account it says pending withdrawal then my amount but it's literally 4 days now 🤔🤨
