Casinojoy are witholding my withdrawal after I had a decent win last week, 12 hours after I requested the withdrawal they send me a verification required email but I was verified automatically when I joined because I have accounts at other casinos owned by Genesis. They are using a bullshit excuse of me using a different payment method but I only have 1 debit card which I use for everything, then a preceding withdrawal request on one of their sister sites is held up because of the same excuse.  This is in breach of their UKGC LCCP ,   They cannot ask for verification to allow a withdrawal to be processed,

I am reporting Genesis to UKGC for this breach and I would advise others to do the same 

Be careful of the Genesis group, slow to process payments and ID verification, I only joined to enter the giveaways but self excluded now as they are very poor compared to some other casinos
