If it's not an issue normally I'd ditch the cards until this passes. You can take money out easily in the bank and you can get virtual cards for anything you need to buy online (casinos don't accept them). Self checkouts still take cash as does everywhere, they just prefer you to have cards as less to touch. Keep washing your hands and using sanitiser and you'll be fine.

I've had a look there and there's a place giving free gambling counselling in Dublin and Waterford. If you email them at info@problemgambling.ie you can set up a time for a video chat. They will hopefully help you and should know a blanket way to ban yourself if there is one available in Eire. I think there's a way to ban online purchases with some banks here, I'm not sure which ones but it's worth looking into, alternatively you could go old school and ditch your cards till you have more control. Are bonus hunts not allowed on some sites or with bonus money? I know in terms it says you can't leave bonus rounds until after wagering which I totally get, but have some sites banned them altogether?
