exactly seven days ago hit big on casumo for me anyway £800, only play 20p stakes, there was not notification on casumo about extra verication, so put in withdrawel request for 800, then 2 days later expecting money in account but not there, went back onto casumo and they want proof of earnings and bank statements, ok fine did that, i mean god i only deposit about £100 a month on average, and its been a week with nothing, withdrawel still pending and no complete verification, you can still deposit though😂, loads of peole having problems with this, on trust pilot people saying they are not paying out because they are going into adminastration, i am really worries i am goong to lose this money has any one got any advice.

So I deposited on a new site that my partner had played on, the site was called klasino, £20 and got the £20 matched deposit welcome bonus and had to wager 40x through the cash and bonus funds not just the bonus, luckily enough I hit a 1000x on diamond mine and was able to do the wagering, but it took about 16 hours, was only playing 20p stakes, I withdrew £180 and it went in for processing. 2 days later I get a email saying that the funds have been confiscated and the original £20 deposit had been returned to my account,  in the terms and conditions 2 people from the same I.P address can’t get the same welcome bonus, surely this is not fair because I would not have got the same email if I had lost the money and wasn’t able to get through the wagering, it feels to me like those terms and conditions are for only when you win and not when you lose because they were happy to give me the promotion in the first place, has anybody got any advice for me 😭
