So I deposited on a new site that my partner had played on, the site was called klasino, £20 and got the £20 matched deposit welcome bonus and had to wager 40x through the cash and bonus funds not just the bonus, luckily enough I hit a 1000x on diamond mine and was able to do the wagering, but it took about 16 hours, was only playing 20p stakes, I withdrew £180 and it went in for processing. 2 days later I get a email saying that the funds have been confiscated and the original £20 deposit had been returned to my account,  in the terms and conditions 2 people from the same I.P address can’t get the same welcome bonus, surely this is not fair because I would not have got the same email if I had lost the money and wasn’t able to get through the wagering, it feels to me like those terms and conditions are for only when you win and not when you lose because they were happy to give me the promotion in the first place, has anybody got any advice for me 😭

Yep The other half did exactly the same on Betfair, bit of a bummer really but like you she didnt realise till it was too late.............Lesson learned :-)

Klasino actually confiscated my bonus winnings this week also, I deposited £100, managed to beat the wager requirements with £900 left, only to Be told after a day or two that my Bonus amount has been confiscated, and my account is banned from any future bonuses on their site and any of their network.


 

I left it, moved on because I understand the  likelihood of them recrediting my account with £800 is very slim. (Ps; I am positive I never went over £2.50 stakes while in bonus money, let alone £5!) seems fishy.

Did they give you a reason for confiscating it?
