I'll give them a couple more days and then maybe use the email stencil you kindly provided. 

In all honestly I'm not even desperate for the cash or anything I just don't like the way they treat people. They seem to care very little about their public image and constantly engage in what can at best be described as blatantly unethical practice, at worst possibly illegal. 

Im sure the amount of similar stories here are concerning for Craig and jimbo and have no doubt they'll be considering their options regarding genesis at some point. 

I have attached a link to this page to UkGC as I know that's where genesis have been hit hardest in the past and rightly so.

Guys I truly don't understand how genesis casino can partake in such blatantly unethical practices and get away with it.


So having not gotten a response regarding my
withdrawal pending for more than 72
hours I asked what the casinolab complaints procedure is and got this response:



The first email address they attached, when I sent my complaint I got this reply:


When I opened the link to the external one they attached i got this:


So they just sent me an email address that doesn't handle complaints and a broken Web page, OK. 

I then explained this in my response and said that I still haven't had my withdrawal processed and then....


This would make sense if not for the fact that my account was already verified and I made a withdrawal only two weeks ago. And also:


So I literally cannot verify myself again because it's already been done but yet they're holding my money until my account that is already verified is verified again. I know that's confusing but that's because it makes no sense. I already verified the account and because of this I don't get any upload thinks to send docs again. 

Clearly they are stalling and I don't know what else to do about it. I have re-sent my docs to their email address because I had no other option but seriously how can they get away with it

I made a withdrawal of €100 on casino lab a week ago and it was processed like 8 hours later.


I then made a withdrawal of two grand next time and I've been waiting almost the full 72 hours they quote as of right now. 


Clearly the amount of time it takes to process is dependent on the amount of money they have to lose.  

After I get this money, whenever that may be, I'm never playing at a genesis casino again. 


Once iit's within the limits the casino states, there should be no reason for withdrawal times to vary bases on their size.

Found this forum and apparently it's been an issue for many people lately.


Some have said the option appears sometimes and sometimes doesn't even when paying for the exact same thing from the exact same site so will just try again tomorrow.

Guys I'm useless with PayPal so maybe someone can advise me.

If my PayPal balance is zero shouldn't I still be able to spend through my PayPal using my linked bank account. When I get redirected the option isn't coming up at all. 

I've only ever used it once or twice so maybe I'm mistaken but I thought this was how I've done it before. 

I recently lost my debit card and had to freeze it and you can do nothing online without it. I can't even send money from my bank to PayPal because I have to use a poxy card reader and a card I don't have. 

But shouldn't it just take the money directly from my bank account when I choose PayPal? The option just isn't coming up when I get redirected. 

Any aadvice would be appreciated

Ahhh it all makes sense now. I asked that all my accounts with genesis be closed about 6 months ago due to a dispute regarding them not honouring a VIP offer that had been agreed in writing.


Now in the past week I received an email apologising for past mistakes made with the handling of my account due to "communication errors on their end"... 6 months after the event. 

They offered me a suspiciously generous 15% weekly cashback on losses to which I declined. 

Then they sent another email stating that they have placed a €100 bonus in my account with 0.1% wagering if I wish to reopen my accounts, I said sweet open up that account, played the bonus, lost, and left genesis again 😂


Clearly they are feeling the pinch massively if they are trying to entice irish players that left so long ago to come back

That was a big question of mine also. Surely they would have cameras all over that room so why didn't they just show a different camera view to help resolve all of the complaints regarding the issue. They didn't but I agree there cannot only be one camera that views the wheel in that room, that would be madness.

Thanks for the reply superdavey.

i was in live chat immediately after it occurred and all they said was they have paid out number one as a winner and will not be replaying the spin or making any refunds on the bets.

the more I talk to people about it the more I feel a little robbed. It was a €250 spins after all and I never actually seen it played out due to their mistake.

Maybe I will send an email to evolution gaming stating my issues with the decision. I will have to locate the spin first but maybe it's worth making an issue of.

after all, they're in business to take our money so why should we blindly trust them

Hey chaps,

been a while since I posted but this incident peaked my interest today.

Firstly, was anybody else playing monopoly live today at around 1pm when the camera malfunctioned meaning that the players could not see the actual spin?

it was quite a strange one.

i for instance, had €250 placed on the spin. Just as the host spun the wheel the camera panned to him on the side and never returned to the wheel until a few minutes after the ball had landed, meaning players never actually saw the wheel spin and never seen it land on the winning number (number 1 direct to the right of 2 rolls which annoyed many even more of course)

the worker explained that the camera had malfunctioned but assured everyone that the ball had landed in the one section. 

the spin was not replayed and no refunds were given.

i didn't think too much of it at the time until I had a conversation with a close friend regarding the matter.

We came to the conclusion that trusting the word of the company you are literally betting against with no Visual evidence is comparable to betting real money against a stranger on how many fingers they are holding up behind their back and trusting whatever they tell you. 

i guess my main issue is this, if players had know before placing their bets that they would not actually be able to see the wheel but would instead be told in good faith by an employee what the result was, would anyone have still placed the bet?

*Not really looking to complain to the company or anything, just wanted to know what others opinions on an issue like this is? Would you accept the word of a gambling company employee when it comes to your bet against them?

No harm in sending the usual docs to their email address just so you're covered if they try anything to delay it even more.

they're not great in fairness. I only play there a little now as I have a cash back deal with them but there's much better offers elsewhere.

put your account on a timeout so if you feel the need to have a dabble you can do so somewhere else at your normal stakes rather than being tempted to reverse. After all, that's the reason smaller sites take so long to process payments. The reversals keep them in business.

Rather than delete this I want to post a follow up in case people have seen it and been turned off the site.

vip manager emailed me saying their  system didn't notify them and that was the reason bonuses were not granted accordingly.

he has added to my account a €150 cash bonus, 100 free spins and a 100% match all with 1x wagering.

this is very generous so I felt I should say this instead of just deleting.
