I just wanted to warn people not to chase the VIP on this site.
It's not what they advertise at all.
although I play quite big, I played bigger than I would hope to at this site (we all get a bit reckless sometimes ;) )
however as a VIP on this site for the last two months and having lost a total of €7,433.35 in that time I can tell you that the benefits advertised are not real.
they advertise personal withdrawal service. The processing time of 48 hours is the exact same for everyone.
they advertise random bonus offers. Have never seen a single one. In fact I have never been given a deposit match when I have asked.
what really bothered me most was today. They advertise personalised birthday gifts for VIPs. What was it? €20 bonus with 20x wagering.
I'm sure I'm being petty but nothing would have been less insulting. I've been their customer for 2 months and in that time have given them over 7 grand and have never played a spin less than €2.
i mean you have to deposit 500 per week to keep VIP status. It just feels very mean to me.

Rather than delete this I want to post a follow up in case people have seen it and been turned off the site.
vip manager emailed me saying their system didn't notify them and that was the reason bonuses were not granted accordingly.
he has added to my account a €150 cash bonus, 100 free spins and a 100% match all with 1x wagering.
this is very generous so I felt I should say this instead of just deleting.

24 hours after withdrawal, it's still showing as pending, it's going back to a card..

They haven't yet asked me for verification, as i know some casino's don't bother until you have deposited 2k or whatever, i will see if i can add documents without them asking.

they're not great in fairness. I only play there a little now as I have a cash back deal with them but there's much better offers elsewhere.
put your account on a timeout so if you feel the need to have a dabble you can do so somewhere else at your normal stakes rather than being tempted to reverse. After all, that's the reason smaller sites take so long to process payments. The reversals keep them in business.
Yes, that's the way these small casino's work.. tempting you to reverse.. I notice craig has changed the number of stars down to 4... the casino themselves don't even target anything, despite the recommendation. I emailed support.. who then replied 'we will process within 72 hours.'' lol..,. so it's been 4 days now... terrible casino.
I have to question what these stars are based on though... where is the logic to give it 5 stars ? - because we are affiliated? two are at 4 stars, and the rest at 5... variety of games, cashout times,.. whats the customer support like.. etc.. ?
Personally, i feel, the star rating should be based on users experiences with the casino.. let the members vote on who is the best, and who is crap.....

Not depositing there again. and advise everyone on this forum not to either.. To give a similar Example, When i withdraw on Videoslots, the processing usually takes 15 minutes, and using xfer to bank, i've had the money in my account an hour later. couple of hours is very common.
I rate it at TWO stars.
