Casinojoy are witholding my withdrawal after I had a decent win last week, 12 hours after I requested the withdrawal they send me a verification required email but I was verified automatically when I joined because I have accounts at other casinos owned by Genesis. They are using a bullshit excuse of me using a different payment method but I only have 1 debit card which I use for everything, then a preceding withdrawal request on one of their sister sites is held up because of the same excuse. This is in breach of their UKGC LCCP , They cannot ask for verification to allow a withdrawal to be processed,

I am reporting Genesis to UKGC for this breach and I would advise others to do the same

FYI Nothing has progressed and the deadline for processing has passed
All I can do is complain ,vent my spleen and wait for my withdrawal to land in my bank

i agree if the casino rep has reached out to you on here you should take the opportunity to get assistance. Maybe just maybe they are intent on improving their overall service.
