So they locked the account for you? Regardless if you won on megaball with no bonus attached & your using your own card/deposit method, (We've had people use partners to try get around gamstop etc)


Then all should be fine, just gotta be patient

 superdavey   Yes my registration was verified and my Id and that do you know how long roughly these checks take as I’m actually panicking I don’t want to lose this sort of money

white hat are something else  i won big on 1 of their casino's  they then banned me from ever registering to any of their casino's for life , got my cash but yeah  i hope you eventualy get you're money .  fingers crossed. :)

The lads are gonna need the FULL story to help you out. The email you have received is not unusual if you play across multiple brands, depositing and taking a bonus each time. If you deposit without a bonus often enough it balances out and isn't seen as abuse.

But that only covers your email.

Jimbo did ask whether you deposited with your money and no bonus and you said yes. If you won £10k without breaking any T&C's or bonus rules then they should pay the £10k. So, help the lads and give a full description of what has happened. How much did you deposit, did you have a bonus, did any games you play break a bonus term if you had one. If you were raw cash I don't see why WHG would not pay you.

This guy expects us to believe that he is the best part of £10k out of pocket from a casino then does not follow up on his post. Most folks would be looking in on the forum a few times a day at least if £10k was at stake.

Thank good it’s not just me then I had been with playzee and a few other white casinos ,for a couple of years and just before Xmas a had about a three month run of luck then all of sudden they froze my account asked for source of wealth sent it all away only to be told I have a gambling problem and the banned me from all white hat casinos for 5 years ,funny how I didn’t have a gambling problem when I was loosing in the months prior to my win streak

One time I had 10 free spins on moon princess won £60 ish , so spins wins had to be wagered so I could cash out so when on a great run managed to win upto 4800 quid tried to cash out and they said the most I could cash out was £100 but as good will gesture the would give me £500

you did something with their T/C 

I play on WHG for a long time they never made a problem with my withdrawal. I cash out many times £2k £5k £8k.. I have 3 accounts with them 21casino dream vegas and casimba
