So, I've been with spinland, dream vegas and a couple of other casinos within the White hat group for a while now and had never had any problems until today!!
All of my accounts are now locked for apparently being a " bonus abuser ", not sure what constitutes this, and cannot access a single account.
I also have a £650 pending washout at Dre
am Vegas that I now doubt they will be paying me, call me cynical and maybe it is a coincidence, that this has happened a few days after I've won 4500, 1650, 700, and 650 across 3 days with 500 deposit.
Maybe Craig or Jimbo could have a word with these guys and help me reactivate my accounts?

i can only think that I opened a new account at spin rider and took the welcome bonus, as you would, so maybe they didnt like me having so many accounts within the group.

They did the same to me a few years back. Excluded me from Whitehat and all their other brands for bonus abuse.
You will get your money, no worries. They have to pay all remaining funds in your accounts back to you.
I always find this so ironic.

U should be aware of another sneaky one: 'Aspire Global'. They are such a trap stating this rule:

They just buy popular brands aswell like Trada. Look their list of casinos
So if u register on any of their 5 million casinos they can confiscate your winning at any time.
If the casino detects that you are non-profitable to the casino, they will close your account - as simple as that.

I have the same problem as does my partner white hat throw bonus after bonus at you if your losing but as soon as you manage the impossible and wager a few bonuses and withdraw you will get a bonus ban and no longer able to open account at new casinos DISGRACEFUL

i would like some help it happend to me 2 years ago registed to a few white hats lost quite a few befor i got a massive withdraw then now being a "abonus abuser" after they offer the bonuses and the welcome packages aswell as new sister sites/casinos but isnt streamers like urself being affliated to them getting bonuses after bonuses being "bonus abuser" as they say to us people when we just use for welcome offers and such just want some info due to i have seen it happen to many people lose lose lose still get bonuses and when they win no more bonuses. friend of mine basically only registed on 1 of there sites and litaully got cash out on that bonus and got told he was bonus abuser even know he only used one bonus and never broke any terms i find it quite funny white hat can do this and that i feel like if a few people who have issues with this should go to the UKGC about coz i feel like they intise the losers to come and lose more money with bonuses and get red of the winners for winning haha
