It's handled and paid by BC GAME themselves. It's sent for payment processing from us the day it ends, out of our hands then when they get round to it.
I don't think we should stop the promotions in the mean time.

Thanks for trying to help, but no it's not there and never has been, my mum is intensive care today with a bleed on the brain and I have this stress on top of all that...Jimbo, Craig or whoever could sort this in 10 mins with bc help chat, you have my username I haven't received my $600 from 8 days ago, sort it ffs!!!!

Prior to the news about your mum, do you not think that your stress has come from how much money you have gone through chasing a wagering prize? I would say it's not worth it for the small amount. What you wagered is no small figure. I'd not bother with the wager race moving forward, especially on a site with no gambling controls.
I'm sure the lads or Pilo will sort but constant demanding will just piss people off. Try a different approach. In the days of the monthly draws, we had to wait for the lads to do the draw - sometimes days after the 1st and then wait for the prize. I get it, all gamblers are impatient, especially when it comes to money.
From what I can see delay is BCGames side, we have chased for you to work out whats going on 🙏

Somehow I didn't even make the list??? I'm not suggesting I'd be anywhere near winning anything, far from it but folk who wagered zero were on when I definitely wagered a bit....even cashed out for 100 pun (double my deposit)
