Hello 


Was wondering if someone can help me out. I did a session on lil devil got the 40 heart stoppers and when i come to do the bonus i get an error message saying error trying to end game. Its been a week a they have onle just got back to me but still nothing is moving forward.

Might take a while as they probably have to go to BTG as they will have the game record

I had a similar thing on Partypoker and it was solved by simply logging on to the account from another sepatate device. Partypoker were hopeless at chasing it up in the intervening period.

Thanks they have told me to try on different browser and i have tried on different dev8ce but still get the error message

Omg they have just back to me and told me the provider has cancelled my bonus and nothing can be done. Can videoslots do this?

I just want to ask can a game provider cancel and bonus as this is what videoslots are telling me and they can do nothing about it since BTG have cancelled my bonus

Not heard of that before. You'll have to take the loss of bonus and in future don't wait to come back to a bonus. Don't know why people do that.

This is a very strange situation, have you tried logging in from another computer? For example, your friend has a different IP. Perhaps this is the problem.

Something can be done. It happened to roller and they were able to pay what the bonus would have paid. They can say the malfunction voids all pays line but to say they can't do anything is lie.

They gave rolla back his bonuses, only because of his standing on social media and the fuss he caused over it, would have been really bad for them to not chase it.

Took them a few weeks if i remember rightly, but they 'found' the lost bonuses and were able to restore them to his account..

I firmly believe they only went to the trouble because it was him.

This was at All British Casino though

Yeah pretty much what I mean. It happened to Jimbo a few weeks prior on ABC and then it happened to roller on ABC and he got his bonuses back and didn't he do like s big promotion giveaway with the winnings or something if I recall.


It doesn't matter the site because to get the lost bonuses they must get them from the game provider, it's the only way. They can do it, if they believe it's in their best interest but they also have every right to just say "malfunction voids all pays" I just know it's a lie when they say nothing can be done.
