Has anyone had an issue recently with getting verification sorted? Or is it just a longer process these days? I withdrew 2000 on Monday ( lucks been in a bit ) and before ppl say I was in a bad place I got the money from casino planet caught up back to work and won 8k on williamhill and now 2k on Yako.

anyways I sent in documents on Monday it then got to yesterday morning and they asked for me documents so I sent them in as well but I have never had to send extra documents in also never had it take 6 days to do? Any advice or is it just a longer process

great casino though and well done Jimbo and Craig for promoting them so much choice

Did you get this sorted in the end? In the same boat...

All documents provided but not verifying account and withdrawal is pending.
