Guys I .am feeling like I have been robbed and I am very very angry and I want to give you my experience.

SPINZ casino deposited 300 english pounds and spun the slots a few times and hit withdraw.

I have had an account for 2 years no issues and all of a sudden hit with proof of wealth submitted more info than applying for citizenship in Australia bank details card details payslip proof of wages going into account etc uploaded and NOTHING no live chat not working phoned contacr number message about covid blah blah then cuts you off then emailed support which is pointless nobody picks up and resolves and they hide behind email. Now 23rd July and I am at a loss of what to do next this is absolute theft to me but if anyone has anyway or idea to get my hard earned money back please let me know. I tried chipmonkz slots who are affiliated but no joy they havent been in touch. 

I have seen on trust pilot I am not the only one been warned.

Hi mate, Did you actually use someone's affy link to sign up or was it a direct one? we don't actually have any contact with spinz as we actively avoid there branding

Do you seriously think that anyone who promotes Spinz has any integrity whatsoever.

Yes this is me jimbo I have followed both craig and you for bloody years not one of these newbies lol.

And kev great he has joined you guys so chip said Spinz told him they would be in touch with me what have i heard nothing.

Guys regardless imagine you deposited 300 anywhere and a company takes your money and wont sort anything out about returning it.

What would you do and believe me I cannot get hold of the shit bags and that dont have a live chat not working phone number recorded message just email grace media the company behind Spinz and they just say sorry looking into things get back to you but never do.

I did however find one of their managers on linkedin people forget the power of social media and leave fingerprints everywhere

Yeah man that's bloody awful, I hope they respond to you soon, keep pushing chip to help and message them daily until he gets some answers.


I hate when this happens especially when it's a brand with very little going for it.


As you can see I pulled up chips review of the casino  "they do have great customer service" .... And of course no mention of max conversions 


Stick to the Den for casinos mate would be my advice, or somewhere that most streamers play at.

Cheers jimbo and my guess is chip has an affiliate manager he uses. In truth been lucky I guess not had this with any casinos beforein years of slotting.

And nodoby likes being ripped off feels like theft because I know they are still operating.

spinz pay him per video or at least they used too. so he should have a good contact with them. that's why you used to see 20p bonus hunts on there from jord with a 50 start so they made sure each video was profit. either way lets hope you get your money very soon

Sorry we can't help further man but as the lads nor me play at these shitty sites, its hard to even get in touch with them.

I am sure Chip could help or at least have someone take a look at it for you.

As Jimbo said, always stick to known casinos - I know its hard as most UK casinos wont give regular bonuses and its hard to keep finding welcome bonuses etc- but in the long term, its always best to sticking to known reputable brands!

Amazing what you can find on social media I am sure GMP Manchester would like a word with these criminals head of compliance ,customer service manager head of risk and finance.🚔🚔🚔

Updated got my cash in the end.

Never will I deposit with this casino chain again ridiculous amount of documents even down to transactions from my account to my wifes.
