they ban me and my 3 other friends lol one of my friends lost his wallet with £3,5k cash he won that night, they refuse to check CCTV and it all starts there, They called Police to let us know we are banned lol, every customer hade there membership they could find easy, but they refuse, Police did not give 💩 even we report

Yeah same here gameroom. Got the welcome to casino email but am not allowed to have an account with them. Not sure but there is definitely something wrong on their end as I'm not self excluded anywhere. 


looks like they made a mistake, they fix now, not sure how they think I was on gamestop lol but they still treat me as if I was on gamestop

I guess casino wines all time

before u make a deposit u should know, wagering is 50x on deposit and bonus money, (£100 deposit + £100 bonus= £10.000 wagering) you need to be super lucky to do that wagering and u limit games u can play with bonus money, PNG u cant play with bonus money Pragmatic they don't have 

I made £250 deposit plus bonus £250 lost all in 40mins doing £3-£5 spins

Glad it's sorted but I also agree with the above, the welcome bonus isn't the best, I'd avoid if you don't want the whole process of high wagering & max cashouts..but then of course it's a free chance of a potentia lcashout that you wouldn't get without taking the bonus so swings and roundabouts as per
