 Jimbocasino  hi I tried to sign up to regal wins and when I did I got a error message saying my account is locked. I've spoke to live chat and this is what they said. 

any chance you can find out why I can't sign up with your link please? Never played at them before and can't claim bonus abuse as I've never taken a bonus from any of their sites as they have a 5x cap on winnings so would never bother.

Yeah I would love to know aswell. I even asked what the company who owns the sites is called so I don't try and sign up again at sister sites, and he basically told me to go find out myself. Lol.

From what I can gather its due to a self exclude somewhere along the chain that's linked with them

Weird. I'm not self excluded anywhere online or landbased. You know who owes the company? I couldn't find it in the link they provided.

Yeah same here gameroom. Got the welcome to casino email but am not allowed to have an account with them. Not sure but there is definitely something wrong on their end as I'm not self excluded anywhere.

Funny that it's rank interactive.  Considering I'm a member who goes semi regular to grosvenor Newcastle and have played on Grosvenorcasino online multiple times. Including recently.

I'm also having trouble with registering they've taken days now to verify ID etc and even wanting a selfie with my ID ? Any chance you guys could see what the hold up is please ? My email is katiecollins153@gmail.com

oh geez, will forward them this thread see what's happening, we have had some people registering and playing though so its definitely not a full break just a few individuals seem to be effected by something

maybe is grosvenorcasinos I was a member of Baker street London but we had a problem one night they called police on as lol like 4years ago
