I don't mean to go on but I've spent money I had on the understanding those winnings were coming this week. Now I'm screwed. Funny theres no problems with a high number of deposits isn't it. So what are they saying too many people have won?? So we can't give you your money right now. Its bullshit 

i had the same live chat message from spinstation today regarding a withdrawal that was accepted on the 24th mate , telling me whg ain’t got the funds come on it’s a joke ain’t it but then i’ve had 2 cash outs from grand ivy and 21 casino this week that have gone in the next day so god knows wats going on pal

Mate I've withdrew off casino casino. Slot planet the last few weeks and it's gone in within 24 hours. It's a prop joke. Theres nothing on the site saying about these issues there supposedly having. So there happily still taking everyone's money. It's a grand withdrawal aswell so not happy mate 

Hi all, I am having the same problem with my withdrawal from Playgrand, it was processed on the 22nd April but still not received it.  Been on live chat all week and they eventually said they were having problems with a back log and I just have to be patient.

It's a joke mate. I'm fuming its 1000 I'm getting so really need the money. Be patient they say.. are they patient when there taking are money. Or raising issues on wagering. Closing accounts. Yea cos there patient ent they. 

Never ever been told its because of a backlog of withdrawals. There basically saying too many people are winning. So you gotta wait for your money. Its scandalous if you ask me

This was the original post I posted my screen shot on Dave. I further posted on another thread stating my situation . As there casino is taking the piss also. So the poster I replied too on this thread. Has probs already seen I was aware. I'm.just stating I've never been told that I've gotta wait for my monkey because of a backlog of withdrawals. I'm talking about the same withdrawal. 

Yes Denzo never heard of anything like this in my life. What annoys me is that up until the 29th they said it was my bank and to send them a bank statement to prove I hadn't had it.  I didn't send one as I knew it wasn't my bank.

Mate its baffling. And a joke. One things for certain il be deleting any accounts I have associated with white hat gaming. Soon as I've got my winnings. Hope it gets sorted asap for you buddy
