Hi guys my deposit from playgrand was a accepted yesterday. What are the chances of being in bank today? I know its Sunday but had it go on with other casinos before. Just not sure on this one.

Still not in the bank. Withdrawal accepted last sat at 12.15 PM is this normal. Or are they going too come back and say they need documents ect. Then it take another week or so. It's a 1000 withdrawal so not small change at all

How do I do that? I didn't think would have too if they didn't ask. They accepted my withdrawal. I was certain that ment was ok

I spoke too live chat. They said my account is verified. And they will contact me if any other documentation is needed.  So the withdrawal is ok still. Just a waiting game I guess. Seems bit long though. As withdrew the funds a week ago tomorrow. I made a 500 withdrawal from casino casino and was in the bank in Less than 24 hours

It's taking the mick now. 7 days since I withdrew my winnings. Still not showing in bank. I understand there is a process but jesus. They was quick enough too take my 300 deposit. But 7 days is a bit of a piss take tbh. In no way am I blaming you guys as it's out your hands.and I really rate the casinos you promote that I've deposited and played on. Playgrand is still a good casino. Just this has let them down massively. Just having a little rant lol

your withdrawal was processed on the 25th, so there's still time, its your bank that's taking the time to accept and amend your account.

I don't know if it's possible but you could call your bank auhorizing the transactions so it could be faster in the future

I bank with lyods tried ringing but can't get through today. Il try tomorrow if isn't in then. Tomorrow is 5 working days. So if there telling me 2-5 working days its gotta be tomorrow. Fingers crossed anyway.

Managed too get on too the bank. They said there is nothing from playgrand there that's been stopped. Nothings showing on my bank. Its working day 5 since my withdrawal was processed.
