please can someone help me green froze my account with a large amount of money in there and are not responding to me in anyway it’s been a week now and they have just given me “with relevant department”

We don't actually have any dealings with Mr Green so don't have any contacts.


Do you know of Casinomeister? They have a pitch-a-bitch service on the forum and they can really help with things like this, as long as you havn't done anything wrong (else it's a waste of time trying anything)

Nah I've invited a casino rep from there to join up and help with any issues should they arise, so if he hasn't already i'm hoping he will...


However i do think the money is fine. You've not broken any terms and it was raw cash right?


They have to pay you regardless

All raw cash and winnings - nothing illegal obviously and all within reason and sent 3 months statements aswell guys - I mean I’ve had no response at all! Like 0 so really not sure what’s going on?

Probably just doing some checks then mate, may i ask how much the withdrawal is? If it is unusually big then its normal for them to do money laundering checks etc.


Might just be a little bit of a waiting game so we can't say they have refused to pay out yet.


Jimbo has arranged for a mr green rep to come in so hooefully he will have a look at this for you

its 9000 they owe him, but again i know it may seem like an age for the money, but wait it out I'm certain you'll get it as its all raw cash.


Bearing in mind you're not actually money laundering xD
