I finally signed up to your site. I'm quite new to these forums etc. and not quite sure of this is supposed to even be posted to here. But! I have a question about the Miami Jackpots welcome offer bonus. I took the deposit 50, get 50 on top of that. And (first time ever) I got quite a big win almost immediately, before dipping in to the bonus money. Unfortunately it wasn't over 2k (which is the wagering with the bonus if you drop to the bonus money) but nevertheless a big win for me, enough to pay all the christmas presents and more. Now they want my documents and that usual stuff, but I was wondering if I could get a response from here earlier, SO can i make an withdrawal or do I need to do the wagering and probanly lose all the money? If some of you, Craig or Jimbo or someone else have an answer, Please respond.

Congrats on the big win buddy!
As long as you didn't dip into bonus funds, then you're not required to do any of the bonus wagering & can cashout the full cash amount forfeiting the bonus funds at the same time.
Provide them with your documents & all should be fine! (note, may take abit longer as we're entering the weekend)
Don't reverse by any means necessary!

This is normal casino practice, many of them use this to delay pay out in the hope you will go back in and gamble away your winnings.
Just send in the documents, stay strong, and dont touch your winnngs, you will get them eventually.

Hey, now they confirmed my documents but I can’t withdraw because I have an active bonus. They gave me 2 options. Either I have to do the Wagering or they forfeit all the money and left me with my deposit (50eur). But since I haven’t touched the wagering, I would have to play down to the bonusmoney 60eur and then start to wager... can you guys please help. I can provide you with screenshots of my account balance info and the conversation between me and them, but I couldn’t out those pictures in this comment, do I send you an email or something? Either way my money is stuck now.
matt, fill in a contact form and add in the email attached to your account and ill forward it to our contact there, if you havn't touched bonus funds then your money is withdraw able without wagering.

I’m from Finland, does that make a difference? They said I have to spin to get enough some points. I need to get 1500points for that 50euros. 2€=1 point. So it’s 60x wagering compared to them (If I remember correctly it was supposed to be 40x) but anyways. If it is different because I’m from Finland then I just try to clear the wagering?
Update: I decided to play a little and got a small boost at the balance. Then hovered almost at the same point for the whole wagering, cleared it and cashed out over 90% of what I was hoping to cash out earlier. So an happy ending, I got nice playing time and good chunk of money. (Now just hoping that I sed the money in my bank account and not reversed by the casino)
