Hi 

wondering if any one can share some light on a situation what occurred to me last night I loaded up lightning roulette placed my bets I placed £3 on black 29 which happened to be a lightning number of 200x it only paid me £400 instead of £600 I went to chat and they said look into it then got email today it was a picture of numbers and said this was my betting and that I only placed £2 on the bet the picture didn’t show any proof it was my bets or any gaming reference numbers is there anything I can do about this or will they just say I didn’t place it? This was on winston bet

My guess is there was some network lag and it only registered £2 of the £3 it showed you on your screen.


Have you looked at your bets history and seen what that individual bet is showing up as in there?

I would love to check but when I try sign in now they’ve temporary locked my account and saying nothing they can do at the moment till they hear back from InstantGameSupport

Keep us posted.. We dont talk to anyone at winston bet unfortunately but can maybe fire an email to them if needed and see what happens

Finally got a response from InstantGameSupport and they simply closed the case and said nothing they can or do about it.

And now then have taken my account away from me I have a withdrawal on the site of £1000 will that get processed and paid even if the site is no longer allowing me to play
