I watched Craig's Video earlier and he mentioned you could possibly help with other Casino issues.
I've had my biggest ever cashout of £9,025 after hitting a double multiplier on Dream Catcher. It was pure cash didn't go into the bonus and live chat have said the withdrawals are approved just waiting for verification.
I can't recommend live support highly enough but I submitted docs and had to wait 72 hours and they have emailed to say I need to upload front and back of my old card (Luckily I still have this) but I haven't used it since 2018.
Anyway, I've now uploaded these and asked live chat and the whole 72 hour process has apparently started again, Does this seem normal?
I've also had confirmation of one of the documents as received but the second I didn't get an email for so I'm wondering if after another 72 hours the whole thing will start over once again as a missing document.
I just wondered if you could give them a nudge or am I just being impatient?
I think the max cash out is £5,500 per week so if it's delayed each time it could end up being such a long long timescale.
