Something that has changed on a number Play N Go slots I've spun recently, which I can only assume is linked to the other gambling reg changes, is the loss of sound. Started with Golden Ticket 2 / Troll Hunters 2 where there isn't any music now as you're playing, until you ping a win of 2x or greater and then it briefly pipes up again for a few seconds before fading back away if you don't get another 2x win in the next few spins.

Today noticed that it's a similar thing on Rise of Olympus / Moon Princess, only they've also taken out the spoken word stuff so there isn't any shouting 'Wrath of Olympus'! / 'Trinity!' or calling out the characters name when they are triggered.

I may disagree with most of the changes, but at least get my head around why they were proposed, but this just seems a bit odd.  I mean, you get the Wrath of Olympus and it's normally a bit of a win even if you don't reach free spins, so isn't like they are over-egging a losing spin.

It also meant that I played a bit more than I was planning to this morning, so if it is meant to make you play less it failed 😂... because it made me wander off and see what other games have had their SFX nerfed.  For the benefit of Low Stakes Slots videos, Tome still hasn't been changed, and oh you'd better believe that's unbelievable!
