Compensation off a casino of £315 because they didn’t do they job properly,,,, I bet that won’t happen often lol anyone had any cases like this?

Cancelled 2 withdrawals 3k and £185 2 separate days different deposits they cancelled the 3k because of a £5.50 bet on roulette when £5 max but I done sets of 60/70 /100 bets but a max of £5 a number but they said it’s £5 total bet on the table but on the 2nd of July same bonus done the same type of bets but a £5.20 bet on a number that was over the limit plus 60/70/100 bets on the table and they excepted  a £2200 withdrawal then but not the 3k for some reason, but the 185 they cancelled with no bonus and they cancelled that believing it was connected with out looking and told me decision stands basically after calling them all names in the world they finally look at it again realised they made a balls up and they have offered me £185 back plus £315 compensation so I will keep my mouth shut but still says the 3k withdrawal still stands

I had a problem before where I was playing reel king. And I got the 5 rings , and had 3 scrolls, 2 scrolls twice and a single scroll. Each time it totally froze, and when reloaded win wasnt added nor did the scrolls come up. Contacted support who offered bo help at all. After weeks of complaining a manager got in contact with me. I negotiated that I'd spent around £40 in spins and that the scrolls on average would have paid around £50 for the 3 25-30 for the doubles and around 15 for the single. Manager offered me £115 which I accepted. That's the only issue I've ever had with a casino.  Think it was 77casino.
