Is there any reason they would suspect your account being controlled by someone else?

It is in Ryan's best interest to help us here and i have never known him to be dishonest or not push in our players favour.

That said i am not saying you're not telling the truth  annar1971  but i can confidently say from reading that message that these guys have very reasonable proof that someone else is using your account, or you are using somebody else's account, or maybe put in the wrong details when signing up.

All I would say is Ryan has always put our players first & has never made a decision against the player unless he has good reason too.


That being said, to see you got a good will gesture shows how Ryan, even in this situation, has tried to put you first.

Where does it say he got a goodwill gesture  Jimbocasino . Can’t see why the casino wouldn’t pay out. Especially casino casino they have always been spot on with me. Having said that a good will gesture isn’t any good really is it if he can’t withdraw lol 😂

The casino isn't paying out because they aren't allowed due to the nature of the issue which can't be disclosed, but i back the casino here because a very important term has been broken. 

I wwill always do my best to favour a player but if they have done things to purposely get around important safe guards then i can't do anything

Just to add, I very much doubt they would just randomly say your account is being controlled by someone else without evidence. I appreciate the decision is disappointing but I'm sure Ryan has tried his best on his side to help. 

It happend after I've them documents to verify my account, I've sent the same documents to multiple casinos over the years and never had a problem.

The "gesture of good will "was before I even contacted Ryan.

So basically this mean that they screwed me over without any reason and there's nothing I can do about it.... 700£ down the drain.

They can't even give me a reason of why they think 3rd party was used.


For 700£ I would should up at their doorstep and  they won't review any further documents, decision is "final"



What's my next move Jimbo ? E-Cogra? 

I wouldn't advise anyone to play at CASINOCASINO.

 annar1971   it’s a blow mate especially at this time of year but I play at casino casino they’re always spot on with me money in the same day. I think there must be a reason you haven’t been paid and perhaps you have just been lucky at the other casinos you have been paid from! This is just my opinion going from the thread bud

   Winnings are confiscated and 640 has been refunded as a goodwill gesture


However Paul is right, if you've managed to get paid by other casinos I would say you've been lucky to do so.
