I had a withdrawal accepted 20 days ago ok captain spins and I still haven’t received it, I asked them by email and the live chat and all they say is they are investigated it. Anyone else had issues with captain spins.com ? Had enough of complaining to them now!
I'm waiting on a 1000 from playgrand also white hat gaming like captain spins. Read loads of people from different casinos owned by them having the same issue. I've only been waiting 6 working days. They told me through email its normally 2/5 working days. But as there is a massive backlog of withdrawals it's now 7 working days after withdrawel has been accepted. So my 7 days is tomorrow. Bet my life it's not in the bank.
I've still had no luck with my withdrawal from Playgrand and my processed on 22nd April. On Friday they told me they are having issues with withdrawals that date from 20th to 25th April, but two days before that they told me the withdrawal issues dates were 20th to 22nd. Why are they still taking deposits if they have issues paying people?.

This is what they replied on email. So 7 days will be tomorrow let's see eh lol. I'm sick of messaging them. And like you say. There still taking peoples money. Nothing stating there having issues before you deposit. I've read people have been waiting 20+ days
I know mate its ridiculous, if people are waiting 20+ days they must have known about this issue when we both deposited. This is happening all over the WHG casino sites. I really do hope you get your withdrawal tomorrow and it will give me some hope lol.

ahh hate to say it but I’m glad I’m not the only one. They seem to give different excuses blaming my bank at first and saying they had released the money.
Well still not in the bank spoke too chat again. They seem too be contradicting what the email said. Can the guys look into it again Dave? It's taking the mick now. Maybe they might get an honest answer.
Just spoke to chat again and this is what they said, so definitely know I am no closer to receiving my withdrawal and it will be 2 weeks tomorrow since it's been processed.

And you even waiting longer than me aswel. Honestly can't believe there still taking peoples money. No info on the site of these problems before you deposit.
