Has anybody ever had this I thought It was abit weird... 

I contacted live chat with genesis casino over missing free spins.. so they sort it for me, then the agent im talking to is trying to get me to sign up for new casinos in the group? 😂 I’m literally talking to the agent though genesiscasino and the agent asks me if I want to sign up to genesiscasino... and sends me links!? When I tell them I’m talking to them already through that casino there straight away trying to send me links to new casinos in the genesis group? I think that’s abit shocking, never had a live chat experience like that before
