They have acknowledged that I was not awarded my deposit match of £100 when I should, they added 30 free spins on book of dead on Thursday but not the £100. I queried it and was told it would be done by Friday... Friday came and was then told no update. I asked again today and same template response. Won't answer my question as to why there is such a delay in adding the funds.. feels like I am being messed about and live chat just send the same template to "look out for an email" 

Really disappointing for a new player on their site, will probably go elsewhere.
