My wife won some money off some free spins that she got by wagering £250+ the day before. The conditions say that the yoo spins are capped at £25 and will be converted into bonus money. So she won £17.05 which is under the £25 cap and had nearly £600 of wagering to do. After completing the wagering she continued playing and won £730 and withdrew it throughout the day split into about 4 or 5 withdrawals. After a few days they emailed her saying they have put £25 in her gaming account as there’s an £25 cap and there not sending any of the withdrawals. This isn't right surely?
