just had this now.. not bothered about the account being closed after this whole mess but there is nothing to say about my pending withdrawal….
hopefully I will still get my money but with them closing the account doesn’t it make it harder? Thanks to all that have replied
Also when trying to go through the gambling commission to file a complaint its doesnt come up with MrQ or Lindar entertainment..

new UKGC regulation, if you deposit more than one-time same casino they will close your account or block you from playing to check you

Ok thanks however does that stop them processing the withdrawal? I sent off my documents I have no issue with that... but they have suspended the account after I sent the documents

I signed up to MRQ through your links. I have been playing for about a week on and off, have deposited some and withdrawn with no issues everything was fine, was actually impressed with the speed of the withdrawals.
I hit 1500x on Big Bass on £1.20 stake for £1800, which I was then asked to provide my information. No problem sent driving licence and a copy of my bank statement to show my address. Waited the 72 hours and now just receivedt an email stating that the photograph on my Diving licence wasn't clear enough..... and then they literally have suspended my account, my funds haven't been sent..... So what happens now? Who am I supposed to speak to etc, I didn't take any sort of bonus.
I am a little bit lost
