Yeah watching and such is support for sure, but to get direct help, other than BCGame support, from streamers, we normally can only really help our players (those who use our codes when signing up)

That’s why I assumed you used the bandits code/link to sign up, going by the context of your post bud.

I suggest joining the discord and tagging in BCGame support in the support room - if you have not done so already!

The streamer you sign up to BC via should be the one helping you bud, this is why they have a deal with casinos, you support them by signing up and gambling, not passing it to other streamers to help!

Maybe you have already asked him but he should be the one trying to sort this for you. This is what I do for my players as do Jim & Craig

Why are you asking for help on Jim & Craig's site rather than "The Bandit" who you have religiously followed for years?

He is the BCGame affiliate that you signed up via, going by the context of your post. Why not ask him for help?

Need your help I am trying to make a deposit on BC game using Kraken.

What are the steps required to do so please.

I have money in kraken in GBP.

I have a deposit link generated by BC game but I cannot find on kraken how to do it ??

Hi there

Once you have your GBP in Kraken, you then need to buy whatever crypto coin you are going to send to BC. I suggest Litecoin (LTC), as it's cheap to send and pretty quick.

Once you buy LTC, go to BC and get your LTC wallet address, copy that address, go back to Kraken, go to withdraw, and select your LTC balance, it will ask you for the wallet address it's going to, then paste in the wallet address you copied from BCGame

It should normally arrive in 10 mins or so in your BCGame wallet.

I started Playing BC a year before, Jimbo was still playing on some 💩 UKGC casinos 😂

Anyone else had similar issues with White Hat Gaming Sites?

On the 12th December all my accounts where banned with them, despite several emails there was no reply until 6th January when they apologised for “an incorrect action” in closing my accounts and they reinstated all accounts.

just 3 days after this they sent me another email stating that my account would no longer be eligible for promotions and I could not open another account with White Hat Gaming. 

A similar thing happened to me. They tried to fix it but then randomly banned me for 5 years. On a live chat, I was deemed to be threatening by saying if they did not give me my withdrawal I was going to turn his family into lampshades.. Once WHG bans you for any reason, you won't be able to use them again.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the video - really want to try the crypto sites and had no clue how to do it.  That was really helpful, feels a bit like when paypal first came out lol (how everyone was scared to use it and it turned out to be really easy!)  Decent RTPs again - yay!

 Jimbocasino  Signed up for BC using a VPN for this site and then through your link. Provided my email address and signed up. I've been asked to verify my email address but I've been asked for one ID document (doesn't state what), front and back.

If I send my driving license, they'll see UK and close account? In the giveaway terms it said I must sign up and complete any KYC. Confused now.

Do not share any KYC documents. They may have asked on a generic email but I have played there for over a year and not once have I sent any documents.

I would say if you are someone who is not able to control their gambling, you should not be gambling at all, never mind a Crypto casino.

Deposit limits would not be needed if you are able to stay in control and be sensible. I have never in my 20+ years of gambling ever had to set a limit because I have self-control.

Most people can do so, so for anyone to say they are disappointed in the lads going with BC, it's very unfair. The majority can stay in control without setting limits, so the majority rules. Best not to gamble at all if you are worried about a casino not letting you set your own limit, or at least stick with a UK site for sure.
