Hi guys my gf has made a few deposits and has had a withdrawal after more deposits they wanted to be verified which she has done and sent docs over and over and over...they have held the withdrawal for two weeks keeps getting fobbed off...honestly the service is terrible.

why accept deposits without issue but hold withdrawal sounds very one sided
