I had a bonus on one of the brands we all know has shite terms I just played it through and it has max win of £100 with mental wagering I won £400 so I thought I’d just play it through lil devil hearts on £1  .

whole £400 sunk and I topped up £80 extra.

Finally refunded , believe it was 30 days from issue to refund which is absolutely shocking with no offer or gesture of anything for the trouble . Tried to close account couldn’t find where it was but will never play there again .

I don’t record anything so it’s really reliant on the casinos recordings / game records rather than my transactions

All happened within minutes of each other so I’m guessing they had an issue . The Bj issue I just wasn’t dealt in only one other person was dealt a hand and they told me via pit boss that it was rejected bet but refund malfunctioned and gave me a reference number . 10 days to resolve isn’t acceptable to me .

I believe this is the blackjack one , and the two roulette games .

They asked me to send them the transactions references in my account  which I did , at the moment for example the blackjack transaction says -100 in red , same with the roulette transactions. 

It is really shady and poor tbh , when it happened I spoke to pit boss straight away and they give me a reference number nobody is saying anything other than “ it’s been escalated “
