Very nice indeed. Well done. Only thing I spot is why have they got an option to cancel withdrawals. They shouldn't be doing that now

It's Ireland so same rules don't apply. They also wouldn't let me verify until I made that withdrawal and then I was randomly selected to verify 🤣 but I did what I always do in this situation I had 300 left to play with and set the loss limit for 300 on the month so I can't spend any more than that and there's no fear of cancelling. 

That explains it. Wisely done. Too often I've hit reverse

Unfortunately I haven't been so far, I've wrote another mail and I'm afraid your answer got swallowed by the mysterious void again.

For that reason I changed my mail adress here, maybe that processing time is normal but I just wanted to make sure.

Oh okay? I didn't recieve one of those mails only the automatic "contact confirmation" in which I can see my added my bank information. Checked my spam folders aswell.

Well I was insanely happy, hitting the give away at top stop. But after contacting you guys twice, nobody replied and the only informationen I could find is a tweet by craig that ppl got paid. So I assume I wasnt eligible, even though I honestly dont know why. Getting no respond and being left with uncertainty makes me quiet sad, especially when its about such a huge amount of money (at least for me). 

Well thats an all time classic, the majority of casinos take quiet a while for the verification, especially when u got a big pending withdrawal (Disclaimer, this is obviously subjective, since u most likely only start the verification process when u actually win). In my experience setting a bet limit for the month sped the process up, since a cancellation of pending withdrawals becomes useless for them and yourself.  Might be worth a try and congratz mate. :)
