wondering if any one can share some light on a situation what occurred to me last night I loaded up lightning roulette placed my bets I placed £3 on black 29 which happened to be a lightning number of 200x it only paid me £400 instead of £600 I went to chat and they said look into it then got email today it was a picture of numbers and said this was my betting and that I only placed £2 on the bet the picture didn’t show any proof it was my bets or any gaming reference numbers is there anything I can do about this or will they just say I didn’t place it?
