I won 230 BCD last night, due to my own ignorance and having never dabbled in crypto I managed to lose it all trying to deposit it. After pleading with customer support at Cwallet for advise on how to transfer the funds I went ahead and sent them to binance and they just disappeared. Binance just came back to me and said that they dont offer support and that i was trying to send crypto thst they don't use and it's unfortunately gone. 

Any advice? I have a transaction report from Cwallet stating it was a success.
