Never really joined forums and such these days but here we are. Been watching Jimbo on Youtube for a while but never manage to catch him live and then from there got into the other cast of characters and figured I'd join in.
Hope you are all doing lovely and well, and look forward to having a good laugh as the World of Slots drains all the money out of out pockets, but at least we'll have each other, eh?
Inspired by Jimbo streaming....and not caring too much for card games 😉......I had a '£20 in and see what you get session' last night. Managed to build the balance to near £50 via a few Pragmatics bonuses, a Deadwood bonus and of course a Book bonus. Tried Tombstone R.I.P. and got a bonus but I was soon down to £15. I was happy at this point as most games I had gone on had bonused and I'd stepped outside of my normal go to games.
With the £15 I hit Legacy of Dead on 30p and fairly sharpish a bonus dropped in. Top symbol so never coming in I thought, just give me a retrigger. Rather than a retrigger I get 4 of the top symbol for 1000x. Nice, unexpected. Balance over £300 from a £20 deposit, happy but not feeling it. I give Xways Hoarder a try and eventually hit a bonus.
Not a bad win but what do I do now because I'm still not feeling it....the enjoyment. I Ended up (after a few different games) on Book of Dead on 80p as the balance was dropping. Pro raised to £2 spins for a couple of spins and on the third press I get a bonus with top symbol
The bonus decides to be nice to me. Over £800 from £20 deposit. Back to Tombstone RIP to £750 and I withdraw. Normally I would be targeting £1,000 but I just was not feeling it.
I thought I would share because it's been months since anything has happened on the slots for me.
Craig gets let off the hook for this one due to his Covid. I have been waiting two weeks for my fix, I don't care if you have kids, a life, commitments or anything else. Your duty is to lose money and record it for my entertainment.
I advise you to pull your pants up, call in sick or let the kids roam free for a bit and make me a video.
Stop twiddling your thumbs and don't drive me to do something terrible like have to watch a chipmonkz video or something, had to watch a StopandStep video the other day, had to have a two hour shower afterwards, look at what you're driving me to.
please take a read, share and sign if you agree.
So what exactly have the UKGC achieved over the past year with some of their key changes to the UK industry?
The sound has now gone from a win if that win only equals the stake you are playing at. Apart from it being weird will this achieve anything in making a player reduce their play or play more responsibly? No. It would have made more sense to not allow a game to put 'Big win' if that win equalled say 10x your stake or under. Too many games make a fuss of a win if that win is actually nothing great when taking into account the x value of your spin.
Autoplays have gone. Yes, this may very well deter some players, especially the impatient ones, from playing some games, as long or maybe altogether (doubtful on the last). It may also mean that a player can no longer gamble in the background whilst doing another task.
What it does do for those that play regularly is not allow them to easily keep track of how many spins have been put through a game which many people do and call it a day after x amount of spins. Ultimately though it achieves nothing as auto clickers will override the change.
Removal of bonus buys. Granted, it removes the opportunity of betting larger amounts of money in a quick amount of time BUT some of the games out are very hard to bonus. I've put over a 1000 spins (i got triggered) through Money Train just to get a bonus that paid less than 30x. The money this cost far outweighed a bonus buy. Also, the chances of achieving a top feature on a game (e.g. Nolimit games) is very very remote and the overall cost trying for this over a set period again outweighs a bonus buy. The removal of bonus buy has disadvantaged the UK player.
Can't wait to see what they come up with next and then pat themselves on the back about. Do they actually have anyone working for them that understands the player perspective? I am very tempted to write to them with my thoughts.

Hi, been playing slots for a while, no crazy wins as yet.
Favourite slots are Jammin Jars, Jammin Jars and Jamming Jars.
Figure that if I have somewhere to post a gigantic win it is more likely to come!
So here I am.
I've posted several big wins over the last few weeks and I'm glad to say I am actually up a fair bit at the moment, but I know luck don't last and all it can take is one very bad session for it to go poof and vanish. So with that said, my limits are now in place (stupid I know they were not before) and I've gave the wife my money to spend...I mean look after. and I'm dialing the gambling back a bit for a while.
Gonna fire up the PlayStation to occupy me for a bit I think.
Just a list of the main points to take away from my babble;
[NO BULLSHIT POLICY]
- Giveaways do not require a deposit
- Giveaways are free to enter just register an account at the casino
- Being active at the casino for that month is just logging in and keeping the account open
- Alternatively you can also enter by post without creating an account, as per our website instructions
Depositing when opening an account is optional and doing so is a way to support me
not often I see this so thought I'd share, only playing slots on about £1 STAKE TOO.

Made some profit over the weekend, feels good to get a decent cashout. Time to restock the home bar and try and find a PS5 I think.
What a session that was! If you havn't seen it, i suggest you do 🤔😂
