Alright lads and lassies,

I made a few deposits in Yako and this is the first time I have withdrawn.

When I logged on to see the process of the withdrawal (as we all do) I was greeted with this option.

Am I the only one that thinks this is really sneaky. Not only do they blatantly say "hey cancel that" but they word it so continue automatically cancels it and the word cancel is the one you have to click.

This along with not being able to lock a withdrawal are the reasons I won't be depositing again unless it's once a month to get into the draws you all do.

I honestly think it should be a requirement to allow locking withdrawals and/or you should never be able to cancel them.

What do you all think or am I overthinking the wording?

I hadn't seen this screen as i hadn't had a pending withdrawal when trying to deposit.

I agree this is not ok.

I will forward this on and see if they can change it

Do you have much leverage with the casinos you have listed? For example, when you send this forward to them, would you expect a result, or even an explanation?

Nice one, not a big issue for me as I set a 1 euro loss limit as soon as I withdrew so I wouldn't be tempted. Sure some people would get caught and have to withdraw again.
