This a new one on me, anyone else ever seen such a joke of an email?

Hi can any one help yako casino has been passing the buck the last four days. With verification for my account speak to them on live chat and always passing the buck. Be done by 8am then by 1am next day been like this for four days now please can someone help I have a pending withdrawal that will help me out alot 😔

I'm in the same boat mate. Said I needed verification (fine), then told me that I needed to provide photos of a different debit card (which I had never used!). They later admitted this was a mistake and passed the verification onto another 'team' (why??) and said it would be within 24 hours and then my deposit would be processed. Still haven't been verified and the woman on live chat got a bit stroppy with me, saying how 'busy' they were (is that my problem??)

I am also having some troubles with the verification, still waiting for a response from Yako after sending 100 documents 🤣

Hi guys,


New here but been watching both Jimbo and Craig for years now.

I have registered through a link on here to Yako Casino. Been lucky after a few deposits and managed to make a decent withdrawal.

Sent them all the documents on Friday(6 days ago) for verification. 

Both verification and withdrawal are still pending until now.

Would anyone know if this is a normal period for this casino? With others it was far shorter, matter of hours really to verify the documents... Spoke to support and they said on Monday that it take a couple of days, still nothing...


Thanks for any advice, should I start complaining?

Seems random how long they can take.

Keep on trucking, I have posted a few times now that I had to wait 2 weeks once for a withdrawal from a GiG brand.
We can't claim to know how they work internally!
