Don't know why you lads use Genesis brands. I don't play at them because the game selection is poor and I've read many issues from users here.

I signed up to Casino Lab anyway this month just for the draw. You're supposed to get 300 free spins (30 a day) on Reactoonz. I've had one days worth and now they don't appear. Live chat - lol. Annoying pick your problem menu and then please email us. That's bad.

Bin Genesis in my opinion. Stick with the WHG brands.

WHG vs Genesis

1. Genesis charge 2.5% to withdraw your own cash WHG charge nothing. Genesis are just increasing their margin significantly by doing so.

2. RTP's on Genesis sites are lower

3. WHG Customer Service is good - Genesis do not have customer service only robotic copy and paste idiots to palm people off and accordingly all decisions are made by "the management ". We have all seen a few responses here in complaint threads.

4. WHG do not always have all the games but they have a great deal more than Genesis.

5. Genesis have a record where they have not looked after problem gamblers or instituted the proper procedures and were even temporarily suspended by the Gambling Commission.

On balance who in their right mind would choose them over WHG

They charge you on withdrawals?!

Yes they charge 2.49% with a mimimum charge of £2.99 per withdrawal.

Can confirm I’ve been charged for a a Withdrawal on casinolab...puts me off depositing there now

Still, I believe Genesis Casino has a high availability, providing player protection. In general, for me this is a pretty good platform, which I would rate at 4 points. Also, they have a fairly convenient website and clear functionality.

personaly i, always been used to the casino charing me 2,5% as a min when depositing and withdrawal its annoying but its nothing i can get around so i just got used to it.
