Hi anyone. I have had a decent win from a site nearly a week ago the first thing i did was went to documents and a pop up said we have everything no need to upload. So 72 hours later an email we need an up to date proof of address so within an hour uploaded. Then an email wait another 72 for them to look at this one. That 72 is less than an hour away and im worried. Any suggestions as i dont want to go mental with someone whos holding my money. Thanks in advance

I had that myself a lot and it's very frustrating but some places just make it difficult to withdraw. All you can really do is keep pushing support, it's worked for me in the past.


Without knowing the casino I wouldn't know about the withdrawal times.
