Unfortunately this is not one of the casinos I signed up with through Gamblers den so not much Craig and Jimbo can do for me. I'd love some advice though as I'm in a bit of a pickle. Was doing some spins (slightly tilted) on Book of dead, €3 on 1 line and hit a full line of the horse head thing and won just under 2.5k. All was well, I uploaded my documents, set my loss limit to €1 so I can't spunk it back in and sent in my documents. My card and passport were approved but they are refusing to accept my proof of address, which is an N26 bank statement, they claim it's not secure enough as it's not a "traditional bank". Problem is, I have no other proof of address as moved back to Ireland recently and living at home and my n26 statement has always been accepted.

The casino is "sin spins" and are licensed by the MGA if that makes any difference. They're part of the progress play group if anyone knows anything about them?

There's a gaming PC I'm itching to buy and I really want my cash haha

Hi there. Do they accept driving licenses at all if you have one of those? If not, Only thing I could really suggest is to ask if a screenshot of an online utility bill statement is acceptable what will show your address. Have you also explained the situation to them? Disappointing that they wont accept it! Glad to hear you've set a loss limit of €1 though whilst its sorted! You will get your PC soon 😁

Nice one, I exhausted all my options and am going to have to open a new bank account just to prove my address haha
