Hello there, well my partner wanted to play on cashimba, so she signed up and used our joint bank account card but because the name on the card was in my name they have locked my account.

She had almost 3k balance with only 12% wagering left togo on just 150£ deposit so it was not alot left, i've sent them all documents etc that we live together and get paid into the same bank account but it don't seem to be doing thte trick ? they took our money easliy enough tho.

Any idea's or help ?

Sounds like a typical casino happily taking your money but not wanting to pay out. Hope you get it sorted though

Definitely tricky because technically they are right in doing what they have done. Sign up in one name, source of funds in another. I remember a casino the other year getting a heavy fine for this.

The casino should have due diligence before taking the money. The deposit method details should match the user account details. The bank though would probably clear it due to it being a joint account.

I think the best you may get here is the original deposit back. Hopefully the explanation about the account works out though.
